Our products are produced at our 10000 sq ft facility in Natick Massachusetts by trained staff under the rigorous scrutiny of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certified quality systems. In addition to our ISO certifications American Bioanalytical offers the value of true quality and consistency by employing a (fully validatable) MRP system.
Our MRP software employs QSR level controls; raw materials management, batch manufacturing (with associated Standard Operating Procedures) and quality control, all aspects of the process are controlled with full traceability and all products have supporting documentation to include Certificates of Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheets and our facility is available for scheduled site visits by customers.
